York Factory Complaint – Impression
Secular Tapes (002)
Cassette

Tone deaf recordings by Brooklyn’s York Factory Complaint offer up dual pieces recorded in 2011 for release on the private, obscure upstate imprint Secular Tapes. Each side varies between noise onslaught to minimalist feedback manifestation. More defeat…more troubles. Edition of 75.

Hoor-paar-Kraat – Night Soil
Goat Eater Arts (GOAT-0220)
Cd-r

New release by Hoor-paar-Kraat, limited to a hand-made edition of 96 copies. These recordings which compile this album were the product of self imposed isolation, the writings of Christopher Hyatt & Peter Carroll, Luigi Russolo’s occultist connections and Piedmontese wines. Conceptually, they were all guilty.

York Factory Complaint – Punctually, He Arrived
Acid Casualty Productions (ACP.11)
Cassette

Recently released early works by the band in it’s original line-up consisting of Michael Berdan and Ryan Martin recorded in the summer months of 2009.  Lonely, desperate sounds of industrial noise, shrilled through chaos and neglect. Edition of 100.

York Factory Complaint – s/t
Hanson Records (HN232)
Cassette

Considered to be the band’s first album attempt, the recordings capture the band’s first foray as a four piece consisting of Michael Berdan, Ryan Martin, Theresa Smith and Michael Yaniro.  Overwhelmingly abrasive, this self titled album pieces together YFC at it most nihilistic standpoint.  Harsh, abusive sound for the apocalyptic mind.  Record and mixed by Anthony Mangicapra.

York Factory Complaint – Origins of Sabir
 Obsolete Units (OU37)
Cassette

Origins Of Sabir follows releases on Hanson Records, House Of Alchemy and Robert & Leopold and an infamous live collaboration with the legendary Genesis P-Orridge, with Sabir finding the solidified foursome pushing their discord to the brink; feedback blankets the pandemonium while all manner of electronics and guitars are defiled in the ensuing disorder. Both sides inhibit shades of what an evasive collabortion between Hijokaidan and early-period Ramleh might have culminated in. Ugly, cruel, and marvelous. Pro-dubbed/pro-printed edition of 100.

Inner monologues of torment and delight, but outer. A solo presentation of volumes of sound poetry presented simultaneously”  Packaging / artwork by Ryan Martin (York Factory Complaint / DeTrop). Edition of 123.
